Ferdinand Lamak Win IT Writing Comptition

IBonWEB.com - This competition was intended to provide an opportunity for journalists to write about the Internet or information technology to promote public understanding, appreciation of and attention to the possibilities it provides. The competition ended in January 2001, awarding prizes of Rp4,500,000 cash and a Toshiba Tecra 530 notebook to the winner. At the end of the competition, the best articles submitted were compiled and bound into a book for the public.The members of the jury, Onno W. Purbo, Ninok Leksono, and Roy Suryo in period II, covering September to November 2000, chose the winners, with first place getter Salim Shahab & team from Warta Ekonomi, second being Zatni Arbi from The Jakarta Post, and third Ferdinand Lamak from Warta Ekonomi.
